ANNOUNCING, for the first time ever, VTSCA is offering a two day conference where national and international speakers, school counselors and exhibitors will come together to deepen relationships, celebrate successes and learn from one another in a supportive community of professionals. ATTENDEE REGISTRATION
**To qualify for the early registration discount, your payment (check, credit card, or a copy of your purchase order) must be received or postmarked by the early registration cutoff date of August 31, 2025. Any registration not complying with this will be converted to the regular registration rate. ***All Registrations must be paid in full (check, credit card, or a copy of your purchase order) prior to the conference. Any registration not paid will be the responsibility of the attendee to pay before admission to the conference. Please Note: VTSCA must be notified of any
cancellations no later than 10 days prior to the event. Cancellation notifications
received after the 10 day deadline will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total
cost of registration. Cancellations received November 2 or later will be non-refundable. On social distancing and other health and saftey measures, the regulations/guidelines that apply to hotel and conference centers may change. The VTSCA Conference will conform to all necessary regualtions/quiedelines that are in place as of the date of the conference. |
