INTERN OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Intern of the Year Award will be presented to a school counseling intern currently completing their practicum in the 2026 - 2027 school year. Anyone at the internship site may nominate the intern for this award.
RECOGNITION CRITERIA

This counselor has taken leadership initiatives at their site.

This counselor is connected with students and families.

This counselor is a contributing member of the counseling team at their site.

This counselor holds high moral standards in their personal & professional conduct at their site.

This counselor supports the social/emotional development of students at their site.

This counselor is a member of the VTSCA.
The deadline to nominate is December 16, 2026.
